I'm Mario Zendeli, founder of ZenMar Homes and a local Central Florida real estate investor. I started investing in real estate in 2010 and have since been involved in more than 500 real estate transactions throughout Central Florida. Over the years, I've bought, renovated and sold homes in just about every condition imaginable. I created ZenMar Homes to give homeowners a simple alternative to the traditional selling process. We buy homes as-is, which means you don't have to make repairs, clean everything out, deal with showings or wait months for the right buyer.
